Individual Therapy.
If you are looking for a change in your life and tired of feeling stuck or you are ready to stop suffering... Whatever it is that you’re struggling with, most often, therapy can help. In session, you’ll be given a safe space to talk about your struggle to an unbiased, compassionate therapist who has the tools to help you get resolution.
As a generalist clinician, I have worked with many different presenting issues and I’m usually able to call on experience as a guide along with intuition and a well-stocked mind. I am constantly upskilling with professional development. Learning for me is a joy, so I am always a student and sometimes a teacher where my clients benefit from psycho-educational resources.
I work with adults and on request motivated teenagers over 15.
In working with me, you can expect to be well listened to and welcome to bring all of who you are. All of your feelings and thoughts are welcome, however unpleasant you may judge them to be. We might cry together. We might laugh together. There is no ‘right’ way to engage with counselling. You cannot get it wrong...just bring your wonderful evolving self and together we will look at what works and what doesn’t in your life. From there we figure out a path towards manifesting who you want to be along with profound acceptance of being exactly in the right place right now to navigate that journey.
